Morelys Olivier has been an IRS Enrolled Agent since March 2024, maintains an active PTIN, and is also commissioned as a Notary Public. As an Enrolled Agent, she is authorized under Treasury Department Circular 230 to represent taxpayers before the IRS in audits, appeals, collections, and other administrative matters.
